Il bando "Beautiful, inclusive and sustainable neighbourhoods for communities" finanzia soluzioni innovative per la transizione ecologica, l'inclusione sociale e la democrazia locale

Pubblicata la call "Beautiful, inclusive and sustainable neighbourhoods for communities" (HORIZON-NEB-2026-01) contenuta nel Work Programme 2026 di Horizon Europe dedicato al “New European Bauhaus Facility”. 

Il bando finanzierà progetti incentrati su:

• il collegamento tra la transizione ecologica, l'inclusione sociale e la democrazia locale
• gli approcci circolari e rigenerativi per l'ambiente costruito
• i modelli di finanziamento innovativi e nuovi modelli di business per la trasformazione dei quartieri

Il bando ha un budget complessivo pari a 101.10 milioni di euro e contiene i seguenti 9 topic:

Destination - Connecting the green transformation, social inclusion and local democracy

• HORIZON-NEB-2026-01-PARTICIPATION01: Addressing homelessness through housingled approaches aligned with the New European Bauhaus (IA)

• HORIZON-NEB-2026-01-REGEN-03: Innovative solutions for the sustainable and beautiful use of vertical space (IA)

Destination - Innovative funding and new business models for the transformation of neighbourhoods

• HORIZON-NEB-2026-01-BUSINESS-01: Structurally addressing homelessness through coordinated social infrastructure and services in neighbourhoods (IA) 
• HORIZON-NEB-2026-01-BUSINESS-02: Understanding capital market dynamics for increased investment in New European Bauhaus projects in neighbourhoods (RIA) 
• HORIZON-NEB-2026-01-BUSINESS-03: Approaches to reuse vacant, obsolete or underutilised spaces (RIA)
